At Joel Sharp Creative, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products that are tested before dispatch to ensure they meet our standards. Our aim is to provide you with a positive and efficient experience, and we are happy to assist in resolving any issues that may arise.

  1. Faulty Products

If a product is found to be faulty or damaged upon receipt, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a free return of the item for inspection. Once the product has been inspected, we will offer a replacement or a refund for the faulty product, not the entire order if only some items are faulty.

  1. Non-Faulty Products

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on products that are not defective, including branded items. This is because of the personalised nature of our products. Therefore, we highly recommend that you request samples before confirming your order, especially for branded items. If samples are not ordered prior to confirming your order, we cannot accept returns for these items.

Your invoice number

A description of the issue with the product

Photos or videos of the product

If applicable If the product is deemed faulty after inspection, we will issue a full refund for the faulty product, not the entire order if only some items are faulty. If the product is not faulty, unfortunately, we will not be able to process a refund.

  1. Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been inspected by our team. If you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

  1. Exchange

We do not offer exchanges on non-faulty items. However, if the product is faulty, we are happy to offer a replacement or a full refund, once returned and inspected.

  1. Shipping Costs

For faulty returns, shipping costs will be covered by us.

     7. Custom Orders

For custom or bespoke orders, we cannot accept returns unless the product is faulty or damaged upon delivery. As custom orders are created specifically for your needs, refunds are only applicable for defective products.
